Cancellation Policy
✔ Cancellation is allowed within 12 hours of placing an order. 🚫 After 12 hours, cancellations are not permitted, as processing begins immediately.
If you wish to cancel your order within the allowed timeframe, please contact support@ganpati.art with your order details.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds only in cases where damaged products are shipped. To qualify for a refund, customers must follow these guidelines:
1️⃣ Video proof of the package being opened must be recorded and submitted as evidence. 2️⃣ The damaged product must be returned to us in its original packaging. 3️⃣ Upon verification, we will provide a full refund and arrange for the product to be collected.
Refund requests without video proof will not be entertained.
Exceptions & Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

Products damaged due to misuse or handling by the customer are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds will not be processed for delays in shipping caused by external factors (e.g., courier services, weather conditions).
How to Request a Refund?
📩 Email support@ganpati.art with the order number, issue details, and video proof within 48 hours of receiving the product.
We aim to process verified refunds within 5-7 business days.
